My Summer Legs Routine

Živjo,
torej danes bo govora o nogah :)
Poleti so naše noge večino časa "zunaj" in zato jim moremo posvetiti več časa. Ta objava me na nek način tudi motivira, da še bolje skrbim za svoje noge. Ne bom ravno govorila o stopalih ampak o negi nog ter vam bom predstavila izdelke kateri meni odgovarjajo in bi morda tudi vam.





1. Korak: PILING
Zelo pomembno je, da najprej z nog odstranimo odmrlo kožo saj bodo le tako izgledale lepše, ter se koža hitreje obnavlja. Zame je to pomemben korak saj pripomore k naslednjemu: depiliranje. Običajno pod tušem "zdrgnem" noge, da so bolj mehke in se pore pod vročo vodo odprejo ter je depiliranje lažje. Trenutno nimam najljubšega pilinga, imam pa rada takšne, ko res čutiš, da drgnejo tvojo kožo in so "pikice" oziroma delci večji. (na sliki pa je saden piling znamke Oriflame)

2. Korak: DEPILATOR
Depilator je nekako pred leti spremenil mojo rutino saj mi tako poleti kot pozimi olajša delo z britjem. Mislim, da sem se prej mogla brit nekje na 2 dni saj so dlačice hitro pokukale ven. Z redno uporabo depilatorja pa to počnem nekje vsakih 10 dni in res sem se navadila. Britvico uporabim samo tu pa tam, ko grem od doma in potem obžalujem saj morem depilator uporabit večkrat, da odstranim vse dlačice, ki bodo pokukale ven.

3. Korak: GEL PO DEPILACIJI
Če se depilirate kakor jaz je to seveda "must-have". Jaz uporabljam Afroditin gel po depilaciji (že kakšni 2 leti) in na meni odlično deluje. Najprej kožo prijetno hladi nato pa jo še malce navlaži. Sicer vonj mogoče ni najboljši ampak opravi svoje delo. Najboljše pa je, da na meni deluje proti vraščenim dlačicam. Ne pomaga pri vseh dlačicah ampak bi rekla, da vsaj pri večini.

4. Korak: VLAŽENJE
Ker moj depilator ni namenjen za vodo je moja koža zelo suha po samem depiliranju, zato ne smem pozabit na dodatno vlaženje ! Najraje uporabljam Lush - Dream Cream losjon za telo. O tem sem že pisala tukaj in trenutno poleti ne morem brez njega. Včasih pa sem lena in vlažim kožo kar pod tušem, takrat pa je super Nivea In-Shower mleko za telo. Prav tako so zelo hranilna olja za telo, še posebej Nuxe - Huile Prodigueuxe, katero ne zmasti kože saj je suho olje, ampak jo nahrani.

5. Korak: SIJAJ
Ta korak je opcijski. Običajno mi je bilo vseeno kako izgledajo moje noge ampak zadnje čase rada na njih nanesem še kaj dodatnega, da izgledajo lepše. Lahko je to olje, katerih res obstaja veliko. Eno izmed njih je Alverde olje, ki je bolj naravno in je kar super, še boljše pa je Nuxe olje, ki sem ga že prej omenila in opravi oba koraka: vlaženje in sijaj. Zadnji mesec pa na noge najraje še nanesem Balea losjon za telo z bleščicami (samo losjon posebej mi kože sicer ne nahrani dovolj saj je zelo suha).

Torej to so moji izdelki, ki jih uporabljam za svoje noge :) Slik nog nisem priložila, ker imajo trenutno malo preveč modric, s to objavo pa sem vas želela samo obvestit kateri izdelki na meni delujejo :)

1. STEP: EXFOLIATION
Firstly, it is very important to get rid all of the dead cells off of your skin, so they can look better and the skin can renew faster. For me, this is the most important step because it helps with the next one. Usually I scrub my legs under the shower, so they are softer and under the hot water the pores open more and depilation is easier. Currently I don't have a favorite body scub, however I love the ones that are a bit more harsh on your skin and the particles are bigger (on the picture is the one from Oriflame)

2. STEP: DEPILATOR
This product or gadget changed my routine a few years ago because it made it so much easier. I think before I needed to shave every 2 days. With the regular use of depilator I do it every 10 or so days and I really like it. I shave my legs only if I'm not at home/am on vacation and then I regret it because you need to use a depilator not just once because the hair doesn't come out at the same time.

3. STEP: AFTER DEPILATION
If you depilate like me, this is a "must-have". I use the gel by the brand Afrodita Cosmetics (for about 2 or so years) and it works for me. First of all it cools down your skin and it moisturizes a bit. The smell isn't the best but it works. The best thing is that it works against grown-in hairs. It doesn't work for every each one of them but for the most part.

4. STEP: MOISTURE
Because my depilator can not be used under water, my skin is really dry afterwards, so I can not forget about moisturization ! I love using Lush - Dream Cream body lotion. I wrote about it here already and I can't live without it. Sometimes I'm lazy and I use Nivea In-Shower body milk of course under shower. Besides all the lotions, body oils are very good too, especially Nuxe - Huile Prodigueuxe which doesn't make your skin feeling oily because it's a dry oil, so it moisturizes a lot.

5. STEP: GLOW
This step is optional. Usually I don't care how my legs look but lately I've been prone to add something more for a better effect. It can be an oil - there are a lot of them. One of them that I used was Alverde which is natural, but even better is the Nuxe one which I talked about before and it moisturizes + adds shine. Last month I've been liking Balea body lotion with shimmer which looks pretty cool on your skin.

  1. super post in same dobre stvari. :) pri meni je najbolj problem v trdi koži na peti, zato pa uporabljam piling/kremo od avona :)) top stvarca.

    1. No jaz nimam problemov s stopali, tu pa tam jih samo namažem, zato raje nisem o tem pisala :)

  2. Super objava, jst si tudi brijem noge in mi zdrzi tam nekje 14 dni. Gel po depilaciji pa kar uporabim aloe vero.
