Hello.
Another two and a half months have passed and it's time to show you what I used up ! To be honest I'm not totally satisfied and I should use more products ! Though I keep Lush products in a separate bin for an upcoming blog post (get a bit excited!).
Garnier Pure - Deep Pore Wash (face scrub)
Lierac Micellar Water
La Roche Posay - Hydreane Riche moisturizing cream for sensitive skin
Garnier Pure - Deep Pore Wash (face scrub)
This was a nice face scrub. Smelled like cucumbers and it felt refreshing. The particles weren't too big or harsh and they did their job. Though I don't know how it lasted me for such a long time - I just couldn't use it up, so I used it also on my arm where sometimes my skin is not quite smooth. I can't say if it helped purify my pores or minimize imperfections.
Repurchase: maybe
Essentiq Neutral Facial Cleansing Gel
This was a really nice face wash. Didn't leave my skin dry or anything and it smelled quite fresh but not artificial. It's natural cosmetics, so it's a bit expensive (around 11€). I'd love to buy it again but I'm just not that comfortable paying that much for a face wash. I'd rather spend more on a face cream because a face wash can't make that much difference. Still I recommend it to those who are looking for face washes without SLS (this one contains SCS). Ready my review here.
Repurchase: maybe, probably not

Lierac Micellar Water
This one was nice. Took my makeup off efficiently and didn't sting my eyes too much. It was just a really nice micellar water. I still have a few of these samples to use up.
Purchase: maybe
Purchase: maybe
La Roche Posay - Hydreane Riche moisturizing cream for sensitive skin
This one is not used up but since it expired I decided to throw it out. It was a really nice moisturizer. Didn't clog my pores and wasn't too thick. Definitely recommend it for sensitive skin.
Repurchase: maybe
Caudalie Vinosource - Moisturizing Sorbet (sensitive skin)
This was a part of little travel/try me kit. I really liked it. The texture was light, whipped like sorbet which was funny (a bit chunky), but it was a nice light hydrator.
Repurchase: maybe
Afrodita Cosmetics Coconut Milk - Body Milk
This was a really nice body moisturizer. It took a bit of time to sink into my skin, however it wasn't that greasy. Also the smell was nice, coconuty but not too strong. It took me quite a long time to use up because i'm lazy sometimes to moisturize my body + i just love Lush - Dream Cream body lotion.
Repurchase: maybe
Oriflame WTA shower gel
Repurchase: maybe
Oriflame WTA shower gel
This shower gel was a bit old (2 years) but so nice. The smell was so uplifting but also on the packaging I figured out that it contained mint which was really refreshing and a bit cooling on the skin. Would love to use something like that in the summer ! Another alternative from this brand could be the refreshing shower gels from Nature Secrets line (also Oriflame).
Repurchase: sadly, not available anymore
The Body Shop Sugar Body Scrub - Shea
These sugar body scrubs are really nice. Not too harsh but they feel nice. This one felt especially moisturizing because it contained Shea butter. The scent is not my favorite but is a nice neutral one.
Repurchase: maybe
A really nice dry shampoo. Although it still leaves your hair a bit white, I just like the way it feels on my hair - actually you can barely feel it on the touch. This scent was just whatever though. It took me a long time to finish this huge can.
Repurchase: yes (other scents)
Balea Professional Repair + Pflege Conditioner
If you're looking for a cheap hair conditioner, I recommend you this one. It felt really nice on the hair, not too greasy but it's thick and very nourishing. Also you can buy a travel sized one like I did.
Repurchase: maybe
Lush - Lover Lamp bath bomb (Valentine's day collection)This was an amazing bath bomb. With a chocolate orange scent and 3 big hearts full of olive oil. Also it had cocoa butter in it so my skin was really soft afterwards. I hope they bring it out next year again. I still have one and will keep it for some time. I do use up a lot of Lush bath products but if I don't have the label I can't tell you much and also you can't see it because it disappears in the water.
Repurchase: yes !
Lush - Gold Fun
Not sure if you know what this was (google it or visit Lush website). It's a soft, play-dooh-alike product which acts as a soap, shower gel, shampoo or bubble bar. You can also wash clothes with it. I used it for bubbles. You can get a lot of baths out of one Fun. This one was Christmas edition and it smelled like Honey I wash the kids/hair and It's raining men shower gel. Nicely sweet, like caramel. So I smelled nice too when getting out of the bath.
Repurchase: maybe
Rexona Anti-perspirant - Invisible Aqua
This one is always nice. It does the job and keep you "stinky-free" for a looong time ! Also it doesn't leave yellow marks. It's still a bit white though.
Repurchase: yes
Rexona Anti-perspirant Invisible black + white
I really liked this deodorant & it did a great job. Also I liked the smell (a bit better than other ones). The only problem I have with Rexona spray deodorants is that they are so strong when you spray them - I almost choke on them.
Repurchase: already have
Borotalco Invisible Spray Deodorant
Not my favorite one. It does the job, though it can leave white marks. When you spray it, you can choke on it - it is so strong. It just didn't impress me because it didn't give me enough protection either.
Repurchase: nope
Fresh & Clean Make-up Cleansing Wipes - Sensitive
I like these. They remove my makeup well & they smell nice. Also the packaging is nice with that plastic top which protects them from drying out (+ I've always bought them on sale - bargain!). Though I can't notice a difference between original and these (sensitive) ones.
Repurchase: yes, already have
Senza Intimate Wipes
These were quite cheap but really handy. Though they weren't wet as any of the other ones I've tried so far
Repurchase: maybe
Afrodita Cosmetics Make It Perfect ! Refreshing Face Mask
A nice refreshing mask which also can work against a few imperfections.
Repurchase: maybe
Duchesse Intimate Wipes
I really like these. They are wet enough and nicely calming. I use them mostly during that "time of the month"
Repurchase: yes
Duchesse Maxi Cotton Pads
These were really nice to remove my makeup. Soft but sturdy and big enough to cover the entire face. Still I'd rather use smaller cotton pads because sometimes that's enough even for both eyes and with this big one I felt like I used up half of it and then threw it away.
Repurchase: maybe
Caudalie Lip Conditioner
Eventhough I mostly love Caudalie products, this one was just a bit dissapointing. Texture was quite waxy and it didn't feel moisturizing.
Repurchase: no
L'Occitane Hand Cream - Vanilla Bouquet
After using almost a whole tube of this hand cream I realized that actually I didn't like it. Shea butter is supposed to sink into the skin quickly while hydrating it well but my skin was not moisturized enough. It was nice because it wasn't greasy but no, not moisturizing enough. I have other hand creams which are far better.
Aroma Natural Elements - Red Fruits (glycerine soap)
I'm currently still using this soap. It smells really fruity, like raspberries and is just a nice soap. Being glycerine based, it doesn't dry out your skin too much. I'm one of the few that tend to use hard soaps on daily basis for washing my hands - it's just cheaper and also they work greatly for washing your brushes. Not sure where you can buy this one.
Repurchase: maybe
L'Occitane Fleur D'or & Acacia Perfumed Soap
This was definitely a perfumed soap. Smelled a bit floral, but not over-powering. Though it was nothing special on the skin. Used it for hands and cleaning my brushes as usual.
Repurchase: nope

ReplyDeleteYes u do ! :D
ReplyDeleteHehe, Batiste always and forever <3
DeleteGlede na to koliko izdelkov imam doma, je to skoraj nič kaj sem porabla :( krizaaa.
Caudalie ima res fajne izdelke. Morem končno enkrat probat njihovo matirno kremo !
Great post dear :) Fashion Lover
