Review: Lush Turkish Delight Shower Smoothie
Thursday, July 16, 2015Živjo punce.
Lush says:
A decadent shower cleanser to leave you feeling soft and smelling of roses. We've packed this gentle wash full of delicate damask roses as well as rich cocoa butter and almond oil to leave you feeling soft all over. Scoop this out of the pot and work all over your body before rinsing off in the shower or bath. It’s so thick, a little goes a long way.
Here you can see how they make this product.
Cena: 24,95€ / 200g (spletni nakup tukaj)

My thoughts:
This creamy soap in a slightly more "crumbly" form is packeg with nourishing oils and butters. It has a slight rose scent which is not overpowering. Lush definitely knows how to combine scents.
The texture is creamy and it doesn't foam in contact with water but it transforms into a creamy shower gel which is best described as a soap. It is best used in combination with loofah, so that way you don't waste the product and you get the most out of it. On the days when you just need a shower to refresh yourself and cleanse your skin quickly, this is perfect. It's not for the days when you feel dirty for whatever reason. Ofcourse you can combine it with a normal shower gel and use it mainly as a in-shower conditioner. So, on my skin it feels gentle, refreshing and a bit nourishing but without leaving a greasy feeling behind.
A cheaper version would be Dreamwash. I would recommend this product to people who have problem with getting an itchy or irritated skin from other shower gels or if you just want to nourish and pamper your skin.
