Today I'll show you two gorgeous nail polishes. The brand Quiz is from Poland and they make quite cheap nail polishes. The ones I received are supposed to be looking like Gel or Gelish.
The consistency is a bit thicker than a normal nail polish, however it applies so easily on the nails. The big brush makes the application easy, however if you have really short nail, you could face some difficulties. Packaging has a tiny fault because the top is a bit too thin for such a big brush, so you have to be careful when putting the brush back in.The nail polish dries quick and leaves a really nice shiny look. It lasts two days without chipping and then it performs just like any nail polish on my nails.

Danes Vam bom predstavila 2 nova laka za nohte v luštnih odtenkih. Znamka Quiz je Poljskega porekla. V ponudbi imajo nizkocenovne lake za nohte, med katerimi se najdejo tudi ti "Gel Like", ki naj bi dali videz Gelish-a ali gela za nohte.
Tekstura lakov je malce gostejša, vendar se enostavno nanaša na nohte. Čopič je kar širok in z njim enostavno prekriješ površino nohta. Če so nohti krajši pa je lakiranje malce oteženo. Pustijo zelo sijoč učinek in res zgledajo malce kot gelish. Embalaža mi je všeč, ker se enostavno hrani na polički ali v škatlici, vendar je vrh mogoče malo preozek za tako velik čopič.
Na mojih nohtih lak zdrži nekje 2 dni brez krušenja, potem pa se obnese kot običajni lak za nohte. Sicer morem še omenit, da veliko delam z vodo in prav tako mi običajno laki ne zdržijo dolgo na nohtih.

Julija me je Avon ponovno zelo lepo presenetil. Namreč prejela sem kar nekaj lepih izdelkov med katerimi sta se pojavila tudi dva laka za nohte. In ker sem pustila "službo" natakarstva, si lahko zdaj nohte bolj redno mažem. Torej si oglejmo kako sta se ta dva lepotca obnesla na mojih nohtih...

In july, Avon surprised me with some lovely goodies. Little did I know I was going to get some great products and also some nailpolish. Also since I left my job at bartending now I can paint my nails more often. Let's talk about these two gorgeous summer shades.

spet nekaj novega v naših drogerijah. Po tem, ko sem testirala novost Bourjois znamke in sicer: Aqua Laque, sem testirala še nove lake, katere lahko najdete že v drogerijah (Muller, DM). Sicer pa pred tem še nisem preizkusila njihovih lakov saj sem vedno skeptična glede obstojnosti in imajo na meni dobro obstojnost le Essie laki. Prav tako pa zadnje čase sploh ne uporabljam lakov, ker imam veliko stika z vodo in se tako laki na mojih nohtih še bolj krušijo. Pa vendar sem imela en teden prost, da sem tudi lahko preizkusila kako se ta nov lak obnese na meni.
Najprej pa naj omenim, da sem dobila odtenek, ki je zelo lep ter živ.

Lak se zelo lepo sveti, skoraj kot gelish. Pigmentacija pa je zelo odlična in morda bi lahko celo nanesla le en sloj, ampak se takrat lak ne bi tako lepo svetil. Malce imam le težave s čopičem saj je malce bolj širok ter zelo kvadratast kar pomeni, da ne morem lepo zakrožit kakršna je oblika nohta. Res pa je, da je odvisno kakšni čopiči vam ustrezajo oziroma so vam ljubši. Za tem pa sledi obstojnost, katera ni najboljša, saj bi le to pričakovala od laka, ki je malce dražji. Naslednji dan se je lak odstranil na konici nohta, tretji dan pa se je zelo začel krušit. Prav tako je odvisno od strukture vaših nohtov kako hitro se krušijo laki.

here's an exciting launch and review today.
To be honest, I've never tried Bourjois nailpolishes..I don't know why, because their usual line So Laque has so many great shades, however I was always concerned whether they would last on my nails since they usually chip quickly with a lot of polishes. Also I haven't been wearing nailpolish lately because I'm in constant contact with water. I had a free week and an opportunity to test this beauty.
First of all, the shade is an amazing electric blue, which you could also call it a "denim" color. Quite a popular bright color.

The finish of the nailpolish is really shiny, which I like. Pigmentation is great and you could almost get away with one coat, however it wouldn't be as shiny. The only thing I struggle with is the brush because it's wide: that means that it covers your nails quickly, however the application looks like a "square", so I had real difficulties to mimic the shape of the nail. Also it chipped quite quickly. The next day I could see a white line on the top and then on the third day it started chipping at the very end or should I say: start of the nail. I don't use any top coats, however some nailpolishes last longer on my nails than this one.

after a long time finally a manicure on my blog. I haven't been painting my nails due to my split ends which are horrific and also my culticles aren't in the best shape either. I don't usually buy Catrice nail polishes because I've been mainly buying Essie since it lasts on me the longest. However, when I saw this light baby blue color which is almost white I needed to have it. Last year I was obsessed with white nails, this year I'll maybe switch to this one.

The brush on this nail polish is wide which I like, however because the shade is so light, it can look streaky on your nails, so you have to work with it quite quickly. Also this shade contains small sparkles which you can see in the bottle but are not visible on the nails. Plus, I am impressed because it stays totally intact for 24 hours and still I only have two cracks in nailpolish, no chipping !

After a long time, here's another manicure. I just wanted to show you how pretty this nail polish is.
In my country we don't get every single limited collection from Essie, so I was super happy when we got some glitter ones from previous collections + this little gem.
I don't like wearing shiny nail polishes, however recently I've been into silver color on my nails and as I love Essie nail polishes (because they last a long time on me & I like painting my nails only once a week) - I totally fell in love with this one !

I decided to introduce you to my favorite products from the brands I use the most. I hope I'll keep these posts as good as possible and interesting.
Essence was the first brand I tried from makeup. I know firstly I bought a blue eyeshadow (haha, don't ask), so this is a good start.

Odločila sem se, da poskušam narediti objave najljubših izdelkov določenih znamk, kolikor mi bo moja zbirka ličil dopuščala :) Upam, da vam je to interesantno.
Kot prvo znamko sem izbrala Essence, ker se mi zdi, da je bila prva znamka ličil, ki sem jo sprobala. Vem, da sem si najprej kupila senčilo svetlo modre barve - groza, vem.

There are also some light shades here. I know I have a lot of Essie nailpolishes, that's just because i don't like painting my nails too often and Essie ones last on my nails for a long time, so I only try to buy this brand.

So today I'm going to talk about nailpolish. Usually I'm really lazy in the summer and I only paint my toe nails but because I now have quite a nice collection of nailpolishes I like painting my hands too from time to time :D
So here are my top 5 summer nailpolish picks !




Essence Show your feet - 07 Hot Red
We can not forget about all time classic color: red. It looks sexy all the time and in the summer I love wearing super bright red nailpolish (it looks awesome on your feet too !). I know this particular Essence nail polish is meant to be for your feet, but I love it on my fingers too. Plus this one stays longer on my nails than regular Essence ones. Sadly this shade has been discontinued, however you can get bright red shade everywhere.

Catrice - Am I Blue or Green ?
I used to wear this nailpolish on my fingers like all the time, but now I love wearing it on my toes. It isn't quite a summer color, but to me it is an alternative for a white nail polish sometimes.

Deborah - 21 Yellow Fiz
Yellow ! To me yellow screams summer because it is so bright. A perfect yellow needs to be just a bit more pastel and creamy than a true bright yellow. I think this one will suit almost every skin tone. Also it does enhance your tan :)

Models Own - Beach Bag
Another statement nailpolish color is : NEON. Summer is all about neons lately. This nailpolish collection  called: "polish for tans" was designed specifically to enhance your tan or so to speak: to make you look tanner ! I'm obsessed with orange and peachy tones in all makeup products, so I needed a perfect kind of peachy polish, so this one is perfect because it doesn't look pinky.
Essie - Blanc
Everybody has been talking about this nailpolish for such a long time now. And I think that it looks especially nice in the summer with tanned skin (or not if you're pale like me :P - I just love it on my feet) because it's such a contrast between the dark skin and such a light color. For me it's a must have

ALL IN ALL: I'm not saying you need these nail polish colors, I'm just sharing my current nail polish picks & what I've been liking. But definitely I think sometimes you have to step out of your comfort zone and try a polish you never thought that would suit you :)

Few months ago, well actually at the beginning of 2014 I've heard that the color of this year is going to be: Radiant Orchid. If you're not familiar with it: google : D... I've never been into that kind of stuff but I really love this color, although I wish I owned any clothes this color !
And 2 weeks ago I was browsing through instagram and saw an instagram picture of a Slovenian blogger (shout out to Tamara from Cherry Colors !), where she found a dupe for this Essie color. I wondered what this color is. I totally loved how it looked and I was hesitant about buying a color like that, but I totally love it now <3 I have to mention that I just love how quickly Essie nailpolishes dry !

The stripes on nails were inspired by Shannon from Shaaanxo :) ... And I know my lines aren't straight...I'll try better next time (with some tape & stuff) !




And to change it up a bit today, I decided to do a LOTD = Lips of the day ... because it is a perfect combination with that nailpolish. Also this year it is "fashionable" to match your lip color with your nails :)

I know this week there haven't been any exciting posts, but I wanted to show you these nail stickers & tell you my opinion about them :P
I hope that in a few days I will manage to put up better post :P.
So, I wore these only for 2 two days because I went out clubbing and I totally managed to ruin my nails xD You'll see... I think if you don't do anything mayor they could last for 3 days. But they're easy to scratch.
Another thing I did wrong is that I streched them out too much when applying & then I filed my nails too much, so the tips of the nails were already a bit bare. I've used stickers like that before, but was my first time using silver ones so now I know how to do it next time.

This is what I have currently on my nails :3
Yesterday was such a gloomy day :S ... so I decided to finally paint my nails with this gorgeous NEON color. I ordered this one & also Bubblegum from Asos.com (they're on sale, but Bubblegum is sold out) . This was my first time trying Models Own nailpolishes. This formula is not thick but when you put it on it is opaque and it dries quickly :) Also if you have longer nails you could put on three coats because the white on your nail tips shows throught :P
All in all I'm really satisfied with this color as it is my first neon nailpolish.
Under the lights it looks a bit more pinky coral, but under sunlight I feel like it is more of a true coral with an orange undertone.

Hello again, it's been a long time since I posted a nail post. That's due to my chipped and horrible nails which I kinda cured with Microcell 2000 & now I can paint my nails again <3.
This nailpolish name just screams ME, because I do spend a lot of money (I think so :P). I wasn't sure about the color when buying it but now I totally love it :)

This week I wore Essie - Fiji. I know everybody has posted manicure with this nailpolish, but I really like it and it's simple :)

Lately I've been wearing more natural colors with a bit of glitter. I really like this manicure because of the little sparkles that are so delicate to me :) Make sure to click on the pictures, to see the sparkles up close !

So last week I didn't paint my nails just because I had too many things going on, but I'm going to try to paint my nails every week, just because I have yet lots of nailpolish to try and I keep buying them. So this is the sneek peak from today's nails. I bought this gorgeous Revlon nailpolish on fragrancedirect site and I really like it in the bottle as well as on my nails.
My opinion about nailpolish:
I don't really care that it's not as pigmented, but the nailpolish is actually really pretty on my nails & I love it. I haven't tried Revlon nailpolishes before (eventough I own one :S), but I was surprised how quickly it dried. I hope it doesn't chip quickly :)

If you have seen my December Haul, you might have spotted this Essie nailpolish. It's called: Blanc. Lately I've been seeing so many manicures with this nailpolish, so I decided to finally use it :)
